This website has been playing an important role to showcase our family activities. After our first ever website was launched in 2012, it is time to relaunch it  with a new look and feel.

Even though a mansion is built, it will look empty without furnishing it and adorning it with various items in all its rooms. As one of the older- perhaps the eldest- member of the Azhikkakathu family- I complete 84 years tomorrow- let me convey some of my reflections to the younger members.

INGREDIENTS:

Butter  : 170 gms

Sugar : 200 gms( 1 Cup)

Egg :3 nos

Vanilla Essence:1 1/2 teaspoons

Yoghurt: 3 Tablespoons

All Purpose Flour: 2 1/2 Cups

Baking powder:2 1/2 teaspoons

Baking Soda : 1/4 teaspoon

Salt: a small pinch

Milk: 1/2 Cup or 120 ml

Coco powder / Chocolate bar :50 - 100 gms
